How Do I Make A Purchase: Just click on the category you are interested in and browse our selections.
When you find an item you would like to purchase, click either the "add one to basket" or "buy one now" button. This will add your choice to your

You can also change quantities or delete items at anytime by clicking the "basket contents" button at the top of the page. Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping and Handling charges will be computed at the end of the checkout process, or you can use the Shipping Options? link in the Basket Contents box in the upper right portion of the screen.
Smaller items that we keep in stock (metronomes, clocks, tuning supplies, party goods, wire, etc.)
usually ship in 2-4 business days. Keep in mind priority mail usually takes an additional 2-4 days to reach you.
Larger items that ship directly from our suppliers depend on whether they are stock items or have to be built. If they are in stock, they typically ship within 3-5 business days.
Products that are "Built to Order" (Ex: benches, music stands, cushions, sheet music cabinets) can take up to a week or more (although our suppliers have gotten much faster).
Jansen Benches typically ship within a couple of business days.

Is My Transaction Secure: Yes, the pages where we take your personal information and your credit card info are on a secure server. What does this mean? It means that your information is encrypted (scrambled) to prevent anyone from being able to access it. Our credit card processing company receives your card information in scrambled form, unscrambles it on their end and approves your transaction. We use a registered SSL certificate to assure
that your transactions are secure. WE DO NOT KEEP A COPY OF YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

We process all payments through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use them, and the also process
major credit cards for us (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express).
Orders paid with one of these methods will ship as soon as possible. You can also send us a personal check in which case your order will be shipped within as soon as possible, but not less than 3 days from receipt of check.
We do accept Purchase Orders from legitimate public organizations, mostly schools. You will need to furnish us with a copy of your purchase order.
We will verify all the details, and reserve the right to refuse the P.O. (at which point we will offer you the option of paying with a credit card or PayPal).
Our Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Piano World, return it within 15 days (in its original packaging) for either replacement or a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for larger items and specialty items (benches, music cabinets, music stands, electronics).
Please contact us before returning any merchandise, as some products must go back directly to our supplier.
Shipping and handling costs are the customers responsibility, except in the case where we are replacing damaged merchandise.
