comes out approximately once a month.
Because we also post a copy of all our newsletters on our
web site, you gain the added advantage of having your ad
permanently displayed in the online version (which also
often get indexed by search engines).
The current (as of July 2012) charge for one
insertion is $149.00 (USD) and is subject to change
without notice. Two issues is $279.00, Three issues (prepaid)
is $398.00
Sponsorship of our newsletter is $349.00.
As a sponsor your ad would be at the top of the newsletter
and you would be guaranteed no competitor was in the issue.
You would also be allowed to use up to a 468x60 banner
or a 125x125 banner with additional text.

We currently have over 41,000 subscribers.
You can only run one ad in any one issue.
We reserve the right to limit how many ads run in
any issue.
Your ad can include one paragraph (approx. 50 words)
and one image not to exceed 125x125 pixels.
You can (and should) include a link in your ad.
We can host the image for you, but it would be better
for your tracking purposes to host it yourself
(just supply us
the full url to the image).
Let us know if you want the image to link to a
particular
page.
We reserve the right to approve all ads
(copy, images, links),
and refuse any ads we deem not appropriate for our
newsletter.
You can reserve your ad space in up to 3 consecutive issues
of our newsletter. Simply change radio button choice to 2 or 3
issues before choosing Add to Basket.
We do not guarantee we will publish an issue every
month. Some months we publish more than one, and some times
we skip a month. If you purchase space in more than one
issue, your ad will appear in consecutive issues as they
are published.
Special Issues
We sometimes publish special issues with a single subject
announcement. An example would be
this issue
about the Frederick's Historical Piano Collection.
By default we will not include your ad in any special
issues (so it will not count as an ad insertion) UNLESS you
choose "Ok to Include In Special Issues" above.
Pricing
As our newsletter grows in circulation and popularity we
are likely to change the pricing structure.
However, if you purchased space in multiple issues,
your
price will be held to the price at the time you placed
your
ads.
Instructions: 1.)
Enter your ad copy in the text box labeled "Ad Copy"
2.)If you only want to place your ad in one issue, simply
choose "Add to Basket", then click Checkout (upper right corner).
If you prefer to reserve ad space for multiple issues,
choose the appropriate radio button. MAKE SURE you choose "Advertising" from the Shipping Options
in Step 2 of the checkout (no shipping charges)
3.)If you have chosen multiple issues, please label your
ad copy for each issue (or indicate they are all to
be the same).

Additional Information: Our newsletter uses a professional email service to
help assure delivery. However, do to the volatile nature
of the Internet, and because we cannot control the settings
individuals use for their email, we cannot guarantee how
many emails will actually be delivered.
We have found that our average is very high (typically
fewer than 10 emails "bounce").
