6" long, lacquered wood handle has a smooth tapered feel.
Comes with a stationary stainless steel rod and a
one-piece No. 17 Head and Tip measuring 2-1/2" long.
Overall lever length is 11".
Not recommended for tuning grands/baby grands unless
you add the No. 17B-10 Head/Tip
The No. 17B-10 is 4" long with a # 2 star tip, and a 10 degree pitch
angle. This is needed to get up over the rim when tuning
the high treble of a grand / baby grand.
No. 17B one piece head/tip
Additional Option:
Tuning Lever Tip Wrench
A necessity for tightening or removing Schaff star
or square tips from their heads.
Wrench is 4-1/2" long.
